Taking a Step Up in Your Capabilities

Workshop Day
Tuesday, April 26

This year’s workshop timetable will be dedicated to building a roadmap for companies at different stages of their industrialized construction journey. Comprised of 3 series, you’ll have the choice of attending workshops targeted at Establishing Your Prefabrication Capabilities (novice), Scaling & Optimizing Your Productization Capabilities (intermediate), and Pushing the Boundaries of Industrialized Construction Innovation (advanced). Not only will this give your people the targeted learning they need, you’ll have the chance to benchmark directly with peers of similar experience levels. Attendees will be able to move freely from one session to another with a pass to this day.

Alongside these workshops, you will also find a focus day for senior business leaders and executives on Building Your Firm’s Industrialized Construction Strategy. This exclusive content will enable those driving the vision for their organization to hear the successes, failures, and discuss critical learnings to shape their own strategic IC roadmap.

Please note, offsite facility tour program will also take place concurrently to these workshops.

Series 1

Establishing Your Prefabrication Capabilities

Series 2

Scaling & Optimizing Your Productization Capabilities

Series 3

Pushing the Boundaries of IC Innovation

Exclusive Focus Day

Building Your Firm’s Industrialized Construction Strategy

These workshops will be dedicated to teams that are in the very early stages of exploring and establishing their prefab capabilities.

This series of workshops will be for those companies that already have an established prefab operation, but are now looking to optimize and scale capacity and efficiency across their business.

This series of workshops will be for the advanced group of innovators in the room to explore the cutting and event bleeding edge of what is being achieved with industrialization.

This strategic focus day will tackle the challenges for Company Leadership in formulating and driving organizational change when aspiring to be a company that excels in prefabrication and modular construction.

Track Six

Volumetric Modular

This track will focus on setting up projects and programs for success with prefabrication and modular, covering issues such as project delivery models, financing, partnering, playbook creation and more.

This track will dive into the challenges of getting prefabrication into the conversation early, exploring different options for your project, and setting up a more integrated team for success.

This track is dedicated to bridging the gap between designers and specialty fabricators as we explore the process of optimizing designs, modelling, coordinating and sharing information as a single thread across project teams.

This track will allow prefabrication leaders and foremen to explore how to transform a fabrication facility to a manufacturing facility, diving into the workflows, technologies and strategy required to build a scalable, efficient model for your company.

This track is focused on supply chain management, transportation and installation of prefabricated and modular components in the field. Ensure communication and collaboration between your prefab and field teams to maximize innovation on your project.

This track is designed to explore the cutting-edge applications and integration of volumetric modular components on projects today, and overcome the issues with super-scaling the amount of work done offsite.

Breakouts and demos will run throughout the day as part of the main timetable, increasing footfall for sponsors and value for attendees that are predominantly seeking networking opportunities.
